SALES CONDITIONS
All purchases made from our site are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree. 185 of 22/05/1999 regarding distance contracts.
WHAT DOES A DISTANCE CONTRACT MEAN
By online sales contract we mean the distance contract, i.e. the legal transaction having as its object the purchase of products, stipulated between DTB based in Via Santo Stefano, 80 - 40125 Bologna (BO) - ITALY, and a consumer , carried out remotely, through the telematic network, on its website.
PRICES OF SALES
All prices indicated in the DTB online catalog are inclusive of VAT.
The payment of the price and the relative shipping costs can be made by the consumer only through the methods indicated in "Payments". Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
PAYMENT
The items ordered must be paid in advance using a payment method present in "Payments".
ISSUE OF THE DOCUMENT THAT CERTIFIES THE PURCHASE
DOUBLE TROUBLE BOLOGNA undertakes to issue a purchase receipt or, if requested, an invoice certifying the purchase by the Consumer. This receipt will be sent inside the package containing the purchased item.
WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS
In the event that the product has manufacturing defects (such as stains, broken buttons or zippers, bad seams, ...) it is the obligation of DTB to apply the same conditions provided for by the legislation on the right of withdrawal. All those products that have details (fraying, tears, uneven washing, etc.) that are part of the product and that make it its peculiarity do not fall into the category of manufacturing defects. If the product arrives to the Customer in a state of damage caused by shipment, DTB does not assume any responsibility in this regard, as the packaging made by it falls within the provisions provided by the express courier.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

DTB reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed and in any case until the goods are sold out. Items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Mr. and Mrs. Customers will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of seven days after receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the item ordered is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

SHIPMENTS AND WITHDRAWAL

The items ordered will be shipped by the shipping method chosen in "Shipping Method".The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, so we warn Mr. Customers that any claim for damage to the goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods themselves, signing the receipt with reserve indicating the type of damage. The Customer is protected by the Italian legislation regarding the Right of Withdrawal (D.L. 206/2005).If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with his order he can exercise the right of withdrawal (refund, replacement of the item) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package. The customer must ensure that he/she has complied with the following conditions of withdrawal:The products must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. At the inside of the package there must be purchase receipt and/or purchase invoice. Once all the required conditions have been met, DTB will refund the full price of the item(s) within 30 days. No returns will be accepted without prior notification by email to: info@doubletroublebologna.it and corresponding return authorization from us. Customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with the customs office in your country for the amount of these costs. These charges are normally paid when the item is delivered or picked up.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Privacy Policy (D.lgs. 196/2003).

Item replacement for a shipping error: The procedure of product replacement for a shipping error can be activated when a product has been mistakenly shipped by DTB that is different from what the customer ordered and, therefore, not present in his order.The procedure can be activated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, the activation of the service can be done by sending an e-mail with the subject "wrong shipment" to our e-mail address. Before activating this service, we recommend that you compare what you have arrived with the technical description of the item on our website, where you can see a detailed photo of each item and its main technical characteristics. Shipping costs are borne by DTB. The item must be sent back in the state in which it was delivered, therefore without marks and writing of any kind on the packaging and without it having been opened or used in any way; using a rigid box and appropriate packaging that will protect it from any damage during transport. The opening of the package will be allowed, as it is essential, in the only hypothesis in which the packaging does not allow the verification of the product ordered with respect to the one delivered. In the event that the item on your purchase invoice is no longer available, you will be contacted by us who will undertake to issue a credit note paid to your bank or postal account or paypal depending on how the first payment was received.
