What are the delivery times and which courier do you use?
For deliveries within Italy, we use GLS Italy. Standard shipping generally takes 2–3 business days, while express shipping takes 1–2 business days. For international deliveries, we use UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be displayed when you select your destination country during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Italy costs €3.50 and is free for orders over €120. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed when you select your destination country during checkout.
Can I track my order?

Do I need to book a workshop, or can I just come to the studio?
Places are limited, so we always ask you to book in advance through our website. Alternatively, you can call us to book by phone or visit us at the shop.
