SHIPPING & RETURNS

Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 3-4 business days from the time you place your order. We deliver worldwide by Nexive Express. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details. Your order will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

RETURNS

Please note that we do not offer free returns. The return is possible but the shipping costs are charged to the customer.

To make a return, you will need to contact us via email.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and will refund your purchase within 2 business days after receiving the returned items. In order to be accepted, returns must be unworn. All refunds are reimbursed back to the payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Si possono restituire o cambiare borse e abbigliamento a meno che non siano stati realizzati su misura o siano stati personalizzati.

I portachiavi Tortellino, Farfalla e Raviolo non si possono restituire.

We ship Monday to Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will ship on the first available day.
Although we rely on the best couriers, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery and for any inconvenience of force majeure.
