I don't know which workshop to try. Which ones are in program? What are the prices and how to book?
It depends on which workshop you'd like to do: Tortellino, Pochette, or Borsa. Available dates can be viewed directly on the website during purchase phase, in the calendar. Prices are €50, €95, and €180 per person, respectively.
Are the workshops suitable for those who have never touched a sewing machine?
Of course, none of the participants had any sewing experience. We'll walk you through everything step by step.
Do we need to book the workshops or can we just show up?
Availability is limited, so we always ask you to book in advance on the website. Alternatively, you can call us and book by phone or by stopping by the store.
How far in advance is it ideal to book?
You can book up to 24 hours before the workshop date, but the earlier you book, the better for everyone.
Is it possible to book a workshop on Sunday?
No, we don't hold workshops on Sundays. We are, however, open in the shop from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Can the Tortellino workshop be done by two people? And can we make two tortellini instead of one?
The purchase of a single workshop corresponds to the participation of one person and therefore the creation of an object.
However, it is possible to accompany a friend, boyfriend, or relative to keep them company.
Is the workshop only in Italian or also in English?
We can do it in either Italian or English, as you prefer. We speak both languages.
If I want to give a workshop as a gift, can I accompany him/her?
Of course! He/she will create the object, but you can stay to keep him/her company.
I booked a workshop but had other commitments and needed to change the date. How can I do this? Is it refundable?
No, it's not refundable but we remain available for any change in the date. We always ask to notify us at least one week in advance. In any case you just need to contact us by phone or email so we can find another date.

Can I freely choose the amount of the gift card I want to give?
Predefined amounts ranging from €50 to €300 are available on the site, which can be used both online and in-store within one year of the purchase date.
I'd like to buy a gift card at your store. How can I do that?
If you're in Bologna, you can stop by the store and buy it there.

I would like to give a workshop as a gift. How can I do this?
In the "Gift Card" section, you can choose the type of workshop you want to give as a gift.
Once purchased, you will receive it via email and you will have one year to use it.
Alternatively, you can pick up the leather gift card at the store if you're in Bologna.
If I received a gift card for a workshop, how do I use it?
Just contact us by email or phone, so we can find a day together to hold the workshop.
I bought a gift card online and would like to receive the leather one, but I'm not from Bologna. How can I do this?
We can ship the leather gift card for free, just provide us with the address in the notes.
KEYCHAINS
What's the difference in size between the two classic tortellini? Would it be possible to see photos of the two sizes compared?
The difference between the two key rings is 1 cm in diameter, so the small one is 3.5 cm while the large one is 4.5 cm.
Is it possible to personalize keychains with more than one initial?
Yes, on the site, in addition to the initial that can be purchased with the keychain, you can add more via the "additional initial" product page: https://doubletroublebologna-com.myshopify.com/collections/tortellini/products/targhetta-alfabeto
I'd like to buy a keychain and pick it up in store. How far in advance should I order it to ensure it's available?
When you buy keychains online, they're already in stock in-store. You can order and pick them up within 10 minutes.
Is it possible to personalize the tortellino with a number?
Not at the moment, we can only personalize with letters.
Are the ravioli and the farfalle also available in a small version?
At the moment the farfalla is only available in a 5 cm size, while for the ravioli you can find it in 4 cm online and only in the smaller 2.5 cm version in the store.
Would it be possible to have a keychain with a personalized pasta shape? (Other than tortellino, ravioli, or farfalle)
Yes, we make various custom keychains. Contact us for a quote.
GENERALS
Can the clothes or bags you have on your site also be made with other colors of fabric or leather?
Yes, if you have a particular color you like, we can make it, but it will take a few business days and then the shipping time.
Are the products your own production?
Yes, everything you find on the site is handcrafted in our laboratory in Bologna situated in Via degli Albari 5/A.
I bought a wax cotton dress from you but I have some doubts about how to wash and iron it?
We recommend machine washing Wax Cotton at 30 degrees Celsius. Ironing at a high temperature is the best.
Can heat engraving be done on the various accessories?
Yes, the price is €15 for two initials. If you stop by the shop to choose the colours and engravings, it can be ready the same day. Otherwise, if you order it online, you'll also have to consider the shipping time.
Do you also make custom clothes? With fabrics that aren't your own?
Yes, but it depends on the fabrics and the style of dress you want made. The best thing to do is contact us.
Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately, we do not have this payment method active.
I have a leather bag that is getting damaged. Can you repair it?
We can look at it, send us an email with a photo of the bag and we'll see what we can do.
